Dutchess County Car Accident Attorneys Working for You

We routinely assist clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including:

We Move Quickly and We Dig Deep

Cases are won or lost long before the trial starts. Quick action and thorough investigation are critical. Evidence must be uncovered and preserved or it gets stale, and the memories of witnesses fade. Statements and depositions of witnesses must be obtained quickly while memories are fresh.

We carefully investigate the opposing expert witnesses by studying their prior testimony, writings, Internet sites, YouTube videos and other evidence.

The following are just two examples of our attorneys making a difference in our clients' lives.

  • We tried a case against a physician who had testified as an expert witness on behalf of an injured party in another case that was similar to ours. We obtained his testimony in that case and cross-examined him on his contradictory statements. The jury was outraged and awarded our client a large verdict.
  • We represented an infant who suffered damage to his voice box because the surgeon negligently removed part of it during throat surgery. The surgeon denied this occurred. The report of the tissue removed during surgery did not make reference to the piece of the voice box. We hired a pathologist, who specialized in throat tissue, to look at the actual specimen. She found a piece of the voice box in the specimen. The jury found that the surgeon was negligent and the client got a big recovery.

Our lawyers won those cases by digging deep. To read more about our clients' positive experiences, see our Testimonials page. Or, to read about the many positive outcomes we have delivered to our clients, please see our Verdicts and Settlements.
